Addressing AMR Challenges

Due to the commonality of the Antimicrobial Resistance issues between human health, animal health and issues impacting the food chain we have gathered a diverse group of academic, business and public bodies together to discuss some emerging learning of relevance to the problems.

The group will consider and pursue common interests in future research and development.

The current leadership includes:

  • Ulster University
  • HSC Innovations
  • NI Connected Health Innovation Centre

The group has had significant support from Queens University Belfast, NI Science Park, ABPI, Nesta, NI Health and Social Care Trusts, Norbrook, Randox Laboratories and AFBI.
